They broke my car so badly I donated it to CPR. My very low mileage 2000 QX4 started to run a little rough so I took it in. They replace distributor cap and rotor, an injector, and did an injector flush... $2000. Next day all the indicator lights started flashing. Took it back. They claimed a connector broke. I think they broke it during the repair. They zip-tied it together. Wow, amazing. The next day the car stalled at a traffic light. Was able to get it restarted and limped to within a block of my house, where it died. Had to push it the rest of the way. Towed it back to Eagle. They said the distributor needed to be replaced, estimated $675!. I think they broke it during the initial repair. No way I was going to let them fix it (I mean break something else.) To get the key from them I had to pay the $192 tow fee! The worst repair service and customer service. Don't trust them with you car.
Hi Will, I am sorry and disappointed to hear about this experience. After speaking with the team it sounds like there may have been some communication errors about what would get the vehicle back up and running. My manager of this store has tried to reach out a few times to resolve this. If you would like to discuss the matter further please give us a call at (720) 703-9524. Thank you.
