Overall very happy with my experience with Eagle Automotive off Crestline and Wadsworth. I first came here looking to get several things taken care of on my car, 5-6 different problems my car had. After spending over $1,000, these 5-6 different things were still not all taken care of. I expressed my concern to Eagle Automotive and they were very quick to solve the problem. They not only took care of the issues my car was having promptly, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied in the end. I brought my car back a month later to have a tail light fixed, they didn't charge me for this and I was in and out within 10 minutes. VERY SATISFIED W/EAGLE AUTO....I'll definitely be taking my care back here for all of its service needs.

Very happy with my Eagle on Crestline experience. What a great job Howard and the team did of fixing my Subaru after an accident on black ice. They made it so easy to work with them and my insurance company, and even dropped me off and picked me up from my home nearby! I would recommend this Eagle facility to anyone in the area who needs great service! I will be back for my oil changes and additional repairs as needed !

Can't say enough about the service and honesty I received today. My car was making a horrible noise coming from the passenger front wheel and I just knew I was going to need new brakes. They called and told me there was simply a pebble stuck between the brake pad - they removed it and wouldn't take any payment for their time, even when I offered. Thank you!!

The mechanic was thorough in his diagnosis of the problems I was having with my car. He also suggested other things that should be done to make my car safer. Eagle Automotive gives you your options and the price, and then they get the job done in the time they say they will. They can handle all types of automotive issues from an oil change to full on catastrophic engine failure. Their guys are very knowledgeable and don't BS about the price. They simply are the best.
