Eagle Automotive has been providing excellent service to our Dodge Ram for many years now. We recently bought a used Dodge Ram for our new teen driver and asked Eagle to look it over. They did and found several urgent fixes and quoted us a fair price. My son is extremely happy to have his "new" truck back and we are feeling reassured that his truck will be fixed correctly and will be road ready for years to come.

Billy and Shane did a great job. They were honest and thorough. They stand behind their work, which is a true sign of professionalism. I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences with Eagle. I would highly recommend Eagle for your auto repairs.

Though expensive, repairs were made on time as promised. I appreciated being picked up by their courtesy vehicle when my vehicle was ready. This company appears to be professional and well aware of the importance of good client/customer relations.

These guys are great! I needed an oil change and have had a bad experience with the Jiffy Lube so I thought I would try Eagle as they are also within walking distance from my job. When they were done they told me about a few other things I need to get done. I really appreciated how I didn't feel pressured and Danny explained in a way I could understand why I needed those things done and how much it will cost so I can save up.

We have taken our 2 hybrids (domestic and foreign), 1 standard transmission, and 1 diesel truck to Eagle for over 10 years. During that time, we’ve had one breakdown that was due to a known manufacturer deficiency. We wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on our vehicles for the following reasons: (1) they are true to their estimates. If some deficiency is found during diagnostics, they are creative in making such repairs affordable (rebuilt parts, deferring some maintenance, etc.), (2) they keep great records and really get to know your vehicle. If you do defer maintenance, they keep it on record to make sure it doesn’t get forgotten. Their advice is excellent regarding which maintenance can be deferred vs. maintenance that is a safety issue or will cause bigger problems down the road. (3) Their mechanics are awesome and their repairs stay fixed. Their office staff, especially Billy and Brian, feels like a part of extended family. No automotive repair shop is perfect because cars can be cars, but these guys come pretty close to perfect. I grew up in a small town where you could find a mechanic you trusted to keep your vehicles going for as long as possible. Glad I found that in the big city! Thanks Eagle!

Took my 2001 Lexus ES with 150,000 miles on it to another shop due to a serious oil leak and Check Engine light was on. Based on the estimate I received I decided to check out Eagle Automotive to get a second opinion. Not only did the original shop misdiagnose the problem their estimate was considerably higher than the one I received from Eagle. Decided on Eagle and boy am I ever glad. My car needed multiple repairs due to it's mileage and I was told it could take two or three days which put me in a bit of tight spot. Shane, the technician that performed all of the work stayed late the first night and came in early the next day to get the work done as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Eagle got my car back to me in half the time I was originally quoted. They even had Scott come pick me up at my house since I didn't have a ride available at the time. Billy provided great customer service and my car is purring like a kitten. Both of my sons have had the same experience at this Eagle location. We will never go anywhere but Eagle Automotive in the future. My sincere thanks to Billy, Shane and Scott for a job well done !

We called with our car problem and they fit us in the next day and had an estimate and idea of the problem by that afternoon. They were very fast and efficient and friendly to work with over the phone and in person. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
