I bought their 4 pack oil change and tire rotation because it seemed like a good deal. Come to find out they only accept appointments before 3pm on weekdays and are not open on weekends. Pretty bad customer service. What a bummer to have to take off of work to go get an oil change? Will not be using their services again in the future

Hi Anna, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We appreciate you buying one of our 4 pack oil change cards and would love to help find a solution so that you are able to use it. Our oil changes are performed by our ASE certified technicians and include a thorough courtesy evaluation as well as a tire rotation. We then provide a digital inspection report so that you can rest assured that you know exactly what is going on with your vehicle and what may be coming due. We do not want to rush through this process, which is why we do not like to schedule them later in the afternoon. We do provide complimentary rides to and from home or work if needed, as well as an early bird drop box in case you would like to drop off before or after our business hours. I had my oil changed on our 2004 Honda Element with full synthethic oil. The service was fast and accurate with a first customer discount. Cody took care of me and explained services provided and cost.

Thanks to Eagle Automotive's Chris, Alex, Cory, for helping when I came in with two urgent problems; a dying old battery and a flat tire, even though it was close to closing time. I got good, cordial help, left the car and was given a Lyft home, and the next day I had a new battery and badly-needed four new tires. Thanks Eagle Automotive!

I got great tires and an oil change there and every worker that worked there were very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had and also were very kind. This is definitely my new place for oil changes, brakes, and or tires!
