Customer service was fantastic and the price can’t be beat. But a routine oil change/tire rotation took over 4hrs despite me making an appointment. I just don’t understand the point of accepting appointments in the first place if it will take that long— my car wasn’t even looked at until 3hrs in. If i had known it would take so long I would’ve scheduled another day or just taken it to Jiffy Lube or somewhere similar where I can get it done on the fly. But I made this appointment specifically because I could work around that time slot (I’ve never had an oil change that took longer than 90min). So this unexpectedly derailed my whole work day. The process to book the time slot is crazy too (you have to go online and request appointment times without being able to see what’s available, and then they are supposed to call you back within 48hrs to confirm a time, although twice I tried this and never heard back)… just list the available times and let the customer confirm the booking online like any other appointment. Like I said, great staff, service, and price; just plan on it being an all day affair.
