Worst company EVER! Do not take your car here. Check engine light and head gasket blew within 15 minutes of leaving, and when I return they tried to tell me this was a different issue. They also now say they will keep your car till service is paid in full by CarMax warranty and by the way “that could take 2 months”. Whoever heard of such a thing? CarMax And the warranty company haven’t.

I am sorry for your frustration with the vehicle, although our advisor tried his best to help with the situation, I completely understand that you are still upset. Our policy is to release vehicles only after payment has been agreed upon and executed when dealing with extended warranties due to many of them not paying for repairs that they have agreed to. Customers can always pay for the repairs and then receive the reimbursement directly from their warranty provider. My apologies for the frustration.
