These guys are "the best"...hands down! 5 STARS! Have been using them for a few years now. Won't go anyplace else! And they keep doing the things that create loyalty. For example: had a big engine repair 2 yrs ago (valve springs) on my Corvette Z06. One of the springs they replaced recently failed. They fixed it within 48 hrs - no charge, covered under their warrantee. Ok, so you say, that's what should happen! Precisely my point! Many shops would try to nickel and dime you - because they're out the labor to fix the broken part...not Eagle. I thanked Chuck Howell, my service advisor, who is excellent at his job and has tons of knowledge. Can't recommend the professionals at Eagle Automotive enough. All because of the owner's philosophy and leadership -- so, thanks Brian (Bates)! You and your team ROCK!!

I've been very pleased with both times I've had to take my car here once was unexpectedly when it broke down. They were able to help me understand what the issue was, show me pictures of what was wrong and get my car running with in the next day. With me being a single mother I can't tell you how important that is to me! They're one of the few automotive shops that will take the time to actually take pictures and show you what it really looks like or what's really going on with your car and for me that's a big deal I don't see a lot of automotive shops that do that. For me that builds a lot of trust and that's why I took my car back a second time and was even more pleased with how well they treated me it's nice to know that you have somewhere you can go and Trust take your car..

Marsel (Lousy name recall) is a great front Desk Technician. The Mechanics are spot on with their assessments and They do something extra with details and pics. My car went down and not drivable and they offered to let me store it there for a bit over the holiday season. That Brian guy is a great one to talk with about cars. As a matter of fact the Eagle Automotive Crew is a top notch Grade A home grown Mechanic Shop. Richard Traylor
