I love that when I make an appointment, that they take me within a few minutes of arriving and finish within the estimated time. Everyone is always so friendly, and they explain things in as much detail as I need. Because they check out all kinds of things, not just what I took it in for, they give me a 'heads-up' when something is marginal. Therefore I can space out repairs/maintenance and feel I'm driving a very safe car and will not be surprised by an unexpected malfunction.

Brandon & Brian were able to get my vehicle in and advised me of a potential issue that would have been ugly while traveling out of town for the holiday!

Went for a free winterize ck. up. Found a loose wire and broken bracket. Recommended a couple of long over-due flushes. Had one done. Very satisfied with work and service. Kept me informed of progress. Cost was reasonable. Will continue to use this establishment not only for my favorable experience, but because they are recommended by the AAA.
