Hello, my husband brought in his Ram truck this morning to have his brakes and rotors replaced with this company. He called this afternoon and was told that it would be ready this evening and that you would call once it were. We heard nothing and and tried calling and there was no answer. They closed shop and there is no way to pick up and they didn’t notify us when ready. I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied with this service. I will be contacting the BBB and righting several reviews. If it weren’t ready, at least call us and give us an update or let us know it will take another day! First and last time we will be using this company!

My first time at EAS with my Subaru. Even though it was just an oil change and tire rotation they were kind to give me a new customer discount. They also did a full vehicle check and gave me a comprehensive review that was broken down on what is coming up that I will need to take care of to comply with Subaru's maintenance requirements. I felt very comfortable and there was no feeling of "pushed" services.

I had an oil change/tire rotation done on my wife's car, and they performed the job without any problems. Juan is always very friendly and keeps me informed of their progress and any issues they may find during their inspection service. Always very satisfied with the work they do. 🙂

Had oil change/tire rotation done, oil change ok but they did not do tire rotation as stipulated. This is the 2nd time this has happened here. Dissapointed in the simplest task to do.

Always great service and customer support. Like every place now in Denver, they are very busy, but EAS always makes sure that I am taken care of, that I understand the work that is being performed, and that I understand the costs before they work on my vehicle.
