I was driving through the state, and took my car in here with a tilted steering wheel, after a fender bender, to get alignment. They said that a control arm was bent and thus didn't do the alignment. I was in a hurry, so took the car, paid for the diagnosis, and drove on to a relative's house, where I swapped out the control arm myself. Comparing the old and new control arms, they were identical, i.e. the old one wasn't bent after all. I trusted EAS's diagnosis (I paid them for it). I spent most of a vacation day and a lot of money elsewhere to replace that control arm, when I actually didn't have to, as it wasn't damaged. The misdiagnosis was disappointing to say the least. EAS did at least refund me the diagnosis charges.
Hi Andy, thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your feedback. We are truly sorry to have let you down. Our goal is to provide accurate and reliable diagnostics every time and although this is where the readings led us, we clearly missed the mark. We apologize for the frustration this has caused and wish you the best. Thank you.
