Great customer service and car runs great. However, lacking correct diagnosis for my vehicle. Original and most important concern was not solved and I’ve already spent over $4,000 on “maintenance fees.” I brought my car in because of a heating concern; although I’ve noticed more air coming inside the cabin of my vehicle. I cannot confidently say my main concern was addressed. It’s only been 3 days from the service appointment - and I can’t see a significant change for the temperature quality coming into the cabin. Before, on cold nights, the heat quality coming into the cabin use to operate at comfortable temperatures. Now on cold nights, where ambient temperature reach below 32 degrees, I can’t tell a difference from when I originally brought my car in. I said it was the heater core, but after the diagnosis they said it was the thermostat. Yes, the thermostat needed addressed, but why was my main concern not looked into as well? Again, I’ve noticed a significant increase on my vehicle’s performance; however now, it’s a pain bringing it back in, for what the customer said needed to be looked at and replaced - being completely ignored. Not satisfied.
