I had an appointment and was quoted 2 hours and it took my them over 6.5 hrs to complete an oil change. I’m unsatisfied with the price and how long It took to complete this service

I have been using the Crestline location for my auto repairs for years now. I just had another job done by them. Without going into the nuts & bolts, I've been driving my 2010 Ford Explorer as a work vehicle and can't afford to throw money at a new vehicle, so Eagle has been fixing all the little things that come up on my 120,000 mile plus SUV. The bottom line is this. They do very good work and they stand by their warranty. Their staff is delightful and professional. I will be using them again I'm sure, old cars don't die if you keep them maintained and this crew can do the job.

Isolated the problem and had it repaired the same day. They treat their customers well. Very friendly group.
