I cannot say enough wonderful things about Eagle automotive / EAS Tire and Auto. From the ownership, to the management, to the front desk staff, to the skilled mechanics, etc. I completely trust them with my vehicles. They’ll tell you the honest truth, and do everything to make sure that things are fixed correctly & fair priced. Such a blessing to be able to trust an automotive shop. I highly recommend them! Right now it's at 3 because they fixed my car, it was a little tricky and it took longer than I had expected however 3 days later, it broke down again and it was looking like the starter went out again. I had to have it towed back to EAS. They are still working on it but I am again without a car to get to and from work. If it can be repaired without another week of having a rough time of getting to and from work I will definitely up the seats to 5. At least they stood by their work unlike some auto shops.

Had my transmission fail the day after Christmas. Took it here because of previous positive experiences. Working with extended warranties can come with some complication; however, Devin did a great job communicating with me throughout the entire process. Took roughly a month to get my truck fixed. There were several roadblocks with the TCM that needed special programming; otherwise, I would of got my truck back sooner. Overall, Jeff, the store manager, made things right with me in terms of completing the transmission correctly and by walking out with some satisfaction in the end.

I had a less than ideal experience here. I was going to choose not to leave a review because I'd rather say nothing that leave a 1 star. Since this shop has decided to text me from 4 different numbers, and I also now receive ads from them through my text messages, I will leave this. Multiple people messaged me asking for a 5 star review for this place as well. I went in knowing I would be purchasing 4 new tires. The person ringing me up didn't know what speed rating were. The guy that had to step in told me Goodyear (the tires I had when I came in) was no longer a good brand, and also that any brand other than Hankook would take at least a week to get in. Obviously I had no choice. They also notified me that my wheel was bent after the tires were already installed and then told me it would cost 3-400 to fix. I took it to a wheel repair shop (the one that eas uses to fix wheels for them) and he had me in and out in a few hours for 150ish dollars. They also got an attitude with me when I told them I didn't want them to repair anything they found in the "full vehicle inspection". I took it to my usual mechanic who said most of it was stuff I didn't need to repair. I will not change my review because you have already annoyed me since June. Stop being so desperate for reviews.

Just picked up my vehicle from Joel. I needed an oil change and kept putting it off due to health issues in the family. I called for an appointment yesterday and was able to get in first thing this morning. Its only 9:30am and I already have my car back. They arranged a Lyft for me both ways, which was a huge help, not everyone does this. They did a full inspection letting me know what else needs to be done and explained their warranty. I will definitely follow up with them when I am ready for additional maintenance. I also appreciate the information I was given and not being pressured into having those items handled today. This is they BEST auto repair shop I have ever been too!!! I have taken my 2001 Chevy Silverado to the dealership I bought it from and multiple other repair shops to fix my hvac, specifically my heater, and a charging problem with my truck where the lights would dim and my voltage meter bounced around. The other repair shops changed my actuator, blower, heat resistor and alternator and other things but it was always just half fixed. An auto parts store told me it was the battery after this last artic freeze so I got a new one. Didn't fix it. I've had these problems for years. They all put bandaids on it and told me it was just an older truck. I found this place while searching desperately for a new shop to fix my truck (that I love) and it was close by so I set an appointment and it turned out to be the best decision I've ever made for my truck! They fixed the charging problem and the voltage meter is now still and not bouncing for the first time in years, and my heater is blowing hot, extremely hot air again also first time in years! I've taken my truck all over the place and spent so much money and Davis Repair fixed both problems in one day. This was a master mechanic that worked on my truck! My truck runs great again and I'm taking it back to get some more work that was done by other repair shops fixed! I still am in awe that my truck is fixed because I've been driving it so long bandaid up. It's an amazing feeling! I hate to even tell everyone out there how GREAT Davis Repair shop is cause I don't want it to get so busy that I can't get an appointment! I never knew this little gem was in my neighborhood but I'd drive across town to come here! So many times I've searched online and you tube to try to find out what was wrong with my truck because no repair shop could fix it and Davis Repair did it in one day. Unbelievable! Also, they were about to close and the master mechanic Ken (I never met him but I want him to work on my truck forever!) was going to stay to make sure I got my truck back and Mitch the service advisor went to get a part my truck needed at their parts store! Top notch service! That mechanic knows what he's doing!!! He's a pro!!! And Mitch's service skills are the best! He's so nice and very honest! These guys both made my decade! I'm on cloud nine right now, they have taken away so much stress and made me so happy! I know this has been long but I could go on even longer. I'm not doing this review just for Davis Repair, they have got to know how awesome they are! I'm really doing it for all those people like me that have struggled to find a repair shop they could count on that could fix the vehicle they love. I was kidding earlier I really want every person out there who is stressed out about their vehicle to know of a place that will fix your vehicle the first time and fix other repair shops mistakes as well. I want others to be as happy as me right now! I am only taking my truck to Davis Repair from now on! If you're looking through reviews like I did because your tired of taking your vehicle to places where they never fix the problem correctly, trust me, this is the place to take your vehicle too, you won't regret it!
