Initially my experience was good. They were friendly and courteous but I always get second and third opinions when an Auto Shop gives me a list of repairs that would cost thousands. After going here I went to two other Auto Shops and asked them to look specifically at the things that Eagle had claimed were in need of repair (I never let on that another Auto Shop said that they were in need of repair, as I wanted an honest opinion). Both shops said those specific areas were absolutely fine. I was told by Eagle that I would need new brake pads ASAP. I found out that they were barely worn down and that Eagle was just trying to make money off of me. Honestly, this would be a great place if they were just 100% honest about repairs. Don't tell someone that they need something if they don't. PLEASE DON'T REPAIR YOUR CAR BASED ON ONE AUTO SHOPS OPINION.
