Best service I've ever had. This place is fantastic.

Had a great experience getting my 2001 Acura MDX serviced. Danny thoroughly went thru the car knowing it needed to safe for my daughter to take it on a long road trip. We prioritized what needed to get done since I could not afford it all at once. He put her safety first and was honest. Getting to and from the shop was easy and they made the experience one that I will return to for the rest of the work on my Acura MDX.

I love the fact that Eagle is like a small town service shop, that knows every customer, and treats everyone like they are important.Most service shops are trying to be like a dealership, where service is just something that has to be done to make the sale. Eagle is the opposite. I send my whole family and all my friends, because I know that they are treated excellently.Thanks for all your hard work!

I went here a few weeks ago to get an oil change but what I didn't know was that I got a lesson about some things I did not know about my car. I dropped off my car early in the morning and left it throughout the day because Dan was able to fit me in when I called the day before to make an appointment. I got a call from Dan and he told me that my car was almost ready and I should be heading there soon. During the phone call he told me that my oil change was going to be $80 which it was a shock to me because typically I get my oil change from the dealership which would cost a lot less. He was confused on why was it so cheap so Dan decided to call my dealership up to see what kind of oil they were putting in. Then he found out that the dealership has not been putting the correct oil into my car and eventually that oil could cause leaks in the future. Upon arrival he took the time to educate me how important it is to put the correct oil into the car but he also gave me a discount on that days service. I am very thankful to have Eagle Automotive to be working on my car because they really do care about the quality of their parts and their service they are giving out for people. I definitely would be going here for all my future service.
