Very professional and helpful

We have been bringing our two cars here for the last couple of years (Toyota Highlander and Subaru Legacy) after unsavory experiences at the local dealers. Eagle has always been very professional, thorough and super helpful in making decisions, finding parts and helping out with loaner cars. We could not be more satisfied! Highlander is at about 200k miles and running great!

I go to Eagle for everything from major repairs to oil changes. They are straight shooters. On repairs that aren't under warranty, Eagle has beat the dealer price by significant dollars. They've also sent me back to the dealer to take advantage of my warranty when the repair is eligible. I feel like they are looking out for me, and appreciate their professionalism.

It is wonderful to find excellent mechanics with integrity. They have always provided first rate service at great value.

The staff explained what needed to be done in a clear and professional manner. They were neither condescending nor bullying. Price was reasonable for the work done. The waiting area was clean and pleasantly decorated. Even the coffee was good. I will continue to have my car maintained by them.

Eagle personnel are always helpful and professional. I have used Eagle to maintain four vehicles for the past 4+ years and I've always been treated fairly with comprehensive explanations of any work performed. Their performance has been exceptional.
