UPDATE 01.25.19 - My check engine light came on so I took it to Eagle Automotive. After the diagnostic test and full service checkup, I learned I needed the ball joints replace. I also had my tired replaced, oil change, and alignment. Once again, the guys at Eagle are professional and thorough. Dan walked me through everything they needed. My husband and I highly recommend Eagle Automotive. And we'll be back. After taking my car to the dealership for an oil change, I was told I needed a lot of work done. I decided to look around and get other quotes and just happen to come across Eagle Automotive. Dropped my car off for a quote and I was very impressed. They took pictures of everything for me to have, gave me a quote on everything I needed done and Anthony walked me through the quote and discussed with me what was priority and what could wait. After reviewing everything with my husband, he was also very impressed so we decided to have them do the work on my car, which they are doing as I write this review. If you are looking for an honest automotive service, call Anthony or Scott. They, along with their team, will take care of you. We will definitely go back to them for auto service. Customer Service Plus! Amazing!

Your service was outstanding and work done on time and done well. Chris Winkler your service manager and your tech Nate Blehm went beyond and above. Nate fixed everything and pointed out other service I needed. Chris told me that my lung nuts were loose on front passenger side wheel and wheel was almost to fall off. I had had the tires on the car rotated at Big O 30 days ago and told Chris that. I went back to Big O and with Chris's help Big O refunded me the cost of the work that was done by you on the front wheel. Also, while I was in both Nate and Chris noticed that I needed brake work and had pads and rotors replaced and let me use your warranty for that work so there was no charge. Again Chris and Nate need to be given a big AT-A-BOY.

Always a pleasure going to Eagle Automotive. Just an oil change but it was taken care of fast and efficiently, the counter guys were great, and they didn't find anything else with my car or try to up-sell anything. I trust and refer everyone to Eagle Automotive.

Sudden issue with a new suv and we were in the area. Called ahead to see if they would be able to fit us in. Very polite on the phone and in person. No haggling. Upfront and honest in all aspects of the transaction. Done in an hour and back on the road. Would highly recommend.
