This is a copy of the review I placed on YELP.com the other day: If you are looking for an honest, hardworking, trustworthy automotive repair/maintenance shop in the Littleton area look no further than Eagle Automotive Service on Crestline! We have utilized this company for over a year now, for repairs and general maintenance alike. The level of customer service is unparalleled (in my humble opinion). The staff is so polite! They treat you with respect (ladies) and NEVER attempt to take advantage of you! They always inspect your vehicle for items it may be in need of, they discuss their findings and recommendations with you but do not pressure you into anything! They will even print out for you the list, including costs for their recommendations and send it home with you giving you time to make an educated and informed decision without pressure! They utilize an automated reminder service for your appointments and are always sending out coupons for services as well as letters with surveys to find out how they are performing. Customer service is their forte! They really care about providing the best service and support for you and your vehicles! PS - They have a waiting area in the event that you wish to hang out and wait for your vehicle, it includes a section for the kiddos and free wifi too! I cannot say enough about this shop! I have been bringing my vehicles for service with Eagle for over 20 years. I have been confident throughout that I have been served well in doing so. Most recently, my Infiniti has had a frustrating cycle of "unresolved" "Service Engine Soon" light occurrences. In the process of going through their investigative protocols and processes, a bolt was re-tightened too tight and caused a small crack in the transfer case. Unlike probably most service centers, Eagle "fessed-up" and told me of the error and its ramifications. They took it upon themselves (without my urging) to bear the cost of replacement of the transfer case. After the dust settled on the repair, no more warning lights and they ate an almost $2200 repair bill. I am driving safe and will return whenever service is necessary knowing my best interests are continually being served at Eagle Automotive.
