Staff was extremely nice. Very informative, answered all my questions and gave me insight on how to fix any issue I had on my own. I would recommend to anyone in the Littleto CO area.

For me one of the biggest issues when trying to decide on an automotive shop is integrity. I just had my first experience with this business that made me question if they were trying to sell me services I didn't need. I brought my 2014 Grand Cherokee in for an oil change (has 70K miles). I got a call from the Service Advisor the next day telling me the service was done but they recommended flushing the front & rear differential and also the transfer case fluid. I questioned whether this was a manufacturer recommended service at 70,000 miles. The guy told me that he punched my VIN # into the Jeep/Chrysler website and said that the differential service was actually recommended every 20K miles. Of course when I got home I did my own research and found that this was NOT true at all. Nowhere could I find information saying to do either service anywhere close to 70,000 miles. I subsequently texted the Mike the Manager at Eagle (he texted me first as a follow-up) about my experience and after 24 hours, I still have not received a response. On the surface, Eagle Automotive looks great. They are extremely polite and professional in demeanor, use photos, email, social media, texts, follow-up, have all the certs hanging on the walls, etc. etc. HOWEVER, all of that means absolutely NOTHING if you don't feel like you can trust them completely. After this initial experience, I don't. Update: Manager got in touch with me after the weekend and I no longer feel there was any bad intentions here. I still questioned their knowledge though. The Service Manager I dealt with just read off a computer screen and took it to be the truth. (The computer was wrong in this case - which is the whole point).I’m considering giving them another try but not sure yet. Kinda hoping to find that neighborhood garage where you can trust the guys really know their stuff inside and out.

Both my and my husbands vehicle have been serviced here. My husband discovered them because they take the carmax vehicle warranty as well as quite a few others. I have had nothing but positive experiences. When they keep my vehicle for a week or so they offered me a loner car which is amazing. No other shop I've been to accommodates you like that. I just picked up my car from them again this week and they had it detailed cleaned after they serviced it. The quality of service from this shop is top notch. They stand by their work. They also communicate with you daily about your vehicle while they have it. They do all mechanical work which includes electrical. Their prices are more than fair and they have the cheapest FULL synthetic oil change I've come across in 2 states. I just wish they did body work too.

I went in to get an oil change and some fluids changed and they did great work at a fair price. I had a pretty good leak from the power steering hose which required them to keep the car overnight to get the part and fix. They provided a loaner car I was able to use for work. It was an older car and that had over 200k miles but I thought it waa pretty cool to see how well it ran still which telle me they should have no problem keeping mine on the road that long. Nice clean environment and a great referral program.

Last year, we took our Ford Explorer to Eagle for repair and even though it was a sizable repair, they did a great job and were in constant communication regarding pricing and options. Included in their pricing and service, they offered 24/7 Roadside service for 1 year for all cars in the family. We have since had to use this Roadside service on a different car in the family and it worked out perfectly! They are honest and upfront with their repair estimates including e-mailed pictures and pricing and repairs completed within a reasonable time. I wouldn't take my cars any other place!

I have used Eagle Automotive for years because they have earned my trust. They never do work that's not needed and if there are issues or potential issues, they rate them in a priority of importance. I can call with questions and they give me sound advice. The staff works very diligently to make sure I'm completely saysifed. Great job Eagle!!
