Finding an honest, reliable mechanic is like finding a needle in a haystack. Eagle Automotive is that needle! After finding several issues with my car, the staff addressed them professionally and without price gouging.I have dealt with some horrible mechanics in the past, many who condescended and spoke to me as if I were a complete idiot. That does not happen here. They are respectful and don't assume the customer knows nothing. The mechanics are top notch. The office staff are helpful and friendly.I will continue having my car serviced here and strongly recommend you consider doing the same. You will receive respect, honesty, quality service and reasonable prices.

Eagle was so helpful. They did what they could to look at my car when the check engine light came on right before a road trip. I have trusted them with my car for a while, they are always friendly, helpful, and never try to take advantage of me. I will be an Eagle customer as long as I am in Denver!

The best auto repair experience I've had to date. I own a '95 Jeep Grand Cherokee that needs a lot of work - but I didn't want to spend a lot. Billy and his team gave me a clear assessment of what the car needed, and also prioritized what repairs were pressing and which ones could wait. They were honest and fair and did great work on the repairs that were needed. Loyal customer earned.

Life is full of the unexpected....some things could be prevented and some things just happen. Point being, STUFF happens.....but from my perspective, it's not so much what happens as how people respond to what happens. Eagle Automotive on Chatfield is a great experience which is hard for me to say when needing car repairs. They were so awesome when I needed a quick headlight replacement. So... I went back. On a Monday, when I walked in to have my brakes looked at, I was told that without an appt they were booked until the following Friday. After telling Dan that I felt my car was un-drivable with really bad brakes, he promised to at least get an inspection done on that day. Not only did they do the inspection; they managed to get my brakes fixed on the same day at a very reasonable cost. When you're at this shop you feel like you're with family. They really do care. Not out to rob you. Very true and honest. There's a reason why they're so filled up with appointments. I will always take my car there.

These guys are great. Every time I drop off one of my vehicles they go through it extensively and let me know exactly what needs to be fixed, what can wait until next time, and what is in great shape. They have great diagnostics skills and have kept my 3 vehicles all with over 100K miles running great. Keep up the good work!
