I am so glad I did my research and chose to make the Platte Canyon Location my Shop! As a younger lady I have had many experience where I am either overlooked in a lobby or talked to like I am not the brightest crayon in the box. It can be very frustrating. However I work mainly with Billy here and can not say enough times how grateful I am for his time and ability to explain things to me without being condescending! They replaced my cracked radiator and did such a great job I go here for even the little things like an oil change now! Recently my vehicle was hit by another driver leaving it unable to operate and the shop gave me all the information I needed for towing and dealt with the insurance companies! I felt like I was in great hands and that made this stressful situation during the holidays a lot easier to stomach! Thank you guys at eagle automotive I appreciate you!

These guys really adhere to the philosophy that you can hit a customer up once for a lot of money, or you can look out for them, and keep them as a customer for life. I really appreciate the Eagle Automotive guys letting me know what needs to be done, what does not need to be done, and being totally honest about it. And they never get salty when I question them on their recommendation! :-)

Hands down the best customer service I have ever had when getting my truck worked on! I had the pleasure of working with Scott at the Crestline store and the owner Brian baits. Both make me feel like I'm more than just a dollar sign. I feel like I'm part of the family and extremely well taken care of. They have kept me up to date every step of the way with out me having to call and bother them about what is going on with my truck. I am extremely please with the work that was done on my truck and car and would recommend them to any one with a vehicle . More shops should operate this smooth with such high professionalism. Each employee I encountered at this location provided exceptional customer service. They are honest and I feel confident that my car has been well-serviced.

Dan at Eagle Automotive explained (with photos) things that needed to be fixed on my car. He recommended that I wait to fix certain things and others to be replaced immediately, with reasons given for each. I will continue using Eagle for my oil changes and repairs and recommend others do as well.
