I've never had an automotive experience I have been so happy to write a review about. My Xterra lost a wheel hub assembly three days before Christmas. I thought my planned weekend of snowboarding was going to be busted. I did a quick search on Google for automotive shops in my area and sure enough, Davis Repair popped up (with a 4.4-star rating none-the-less). I knew it was a long shot, but I arrived at 7:30 am (time they open) the Friday before Christmas and asked them to take a look. In less than an hour, Hannah had a diagnosis and a cost estimate for me. Not sure if the price was right or not, but that wasn't the deciding factor. I was pleasantly surprised when Hannah told me they had the parts and could have it done by noon. Furthermore, they provided me a ride back to my apartment and when I arrived to pick my vehicle up, it had been detailed. What place washes your car? Davis Repair does! They literally saved my Christmas and I am so very grateful. You can bet that I will now be a customer for life. Recommendations don't come easily from me, but do yourself a favor and make Davis Repair your go-to automotive repair place. You won't be sorry. Thanks again to all the staff at Davis Repair. I have finally found a repair shop I feel I can trust, won't over charge me and that does quality work and stands behind their products and services! I went to the Crestline location to obtain a second opinion on a repair estimate I had gotten from another shop. The first shop came in at a repair estimate of $4,500! Eagle came in at a repair estimate of $1,400. I have an after market warranty on my vehicle and some of the repairs were to be billed and paid directly by them. Stephen Cox was my service advisor and was knowledgable was very personable and friendly. A few days after picking up my car I noticed I still had an oil leak. I contacted Stephen and he suggested I bring it in for a quick look. I brought in the vehicle and was advised that the repairs would take at least 3 hours and they scheduled me a date when they would be able to provide me a loaner car. Although the repairs took longer than they originally anticipated, they were communicative and friendly. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I was prepared to pay an additional fee, however there was no charge for the additional repairs. It was very painless and budget friendly. I am even more appreciative that the repairs came with additional roadside benefits and coupons I can pass on to my friends and family. Thanks guys!!

I had a great experience at my last visit to Eagle Automotive. I made an appointment on Tuesday and Scott was able to work with my schedule and got me in that Thursday after work. I was seen on time and the screw in my tire was fixed and sealed. Scott explained all that was done to my tire. The establishment was very clean. I loved the Christmas decorations and the coffee and snacks. Scott had me out in a half hour just in time to make it to my daughter's volleyball game. Fast friendly and super reliable. I trust Eagle Automotive will all my cars and the prices are very responsible. Thank you Scott for getting me back on the road.

Fast, knowledgeable, and HONEST service and super friendly staff! Davis is my go-to shop for everything (where possible)! I can always get in for an oil change when I need to. The staff are super friendly and make an effort to get to know you. They always give a heads up for services that may be needing to be taken care of at the next visit, but never pressure me to have unnecessary work done. It's so comforting to know that my car is in great hands, and I'm not being taken advantage of, which has happened at other shops before.

Reliable, quick work at a reasonable price. Accurate recommendations of "this is the work that really needs to be done", and an honest "... this is what the manufacturer recommends you also do, but the way you use your vehicle really doesn't need to be done".

I was very impressed with Davis repair. I had not intended on finding a car shop when I did, but my car had problems close to their shop, and I pulled in hoping they could help. They were friendly, knowledgeable, ran my codes very quickly, and were able to service my car the same afternoon. I was sent with a loaner van to use while my car was being worked on.
