I brought my 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer in for the first time by appointment this morning. I was overdue for an oil change and inspection. I knew some other servicing was needed, and I was able to leave the car. Brett was very helpful when he called with the inspection results. He listed the needed repairs in order of priority, and we talked through each of the items, from valve cover gasket to brake inspection, to determine the plan of action. When the brake inspection identified that additional repairs were needed, we talked through those as well. My car was ready on time this afternoon, and the price was exactly what I expected with some discounts included. It's taken a long time to find auto service that I trust and that takes the time to explain what might be needed or not, and who considers the best options for my needs. I'm going to be a regular customer with Eagle Automotive.
