The VW Whisperers!On Memorial day weekend, my VW Jetta inexplicably would not start. Four tow trucks and two auto shops later, no one could figure out what was wrong with the car (which also meant no one was able to fix it). Everyone that looked at it had their own expensive ‘guesses’, but zero certainty: “could be the fuel pump”, “looks like the computer system might be fried”…. I decided I would give it one more shot before throwing in the towel on the car I could not drive, and could not fix. I did a quick search for a well-reviewed shops and found Eagle Automotive. Randi and the Team at Eagle made it their mission to diagnose and fix this possessed vehicle. They found the needle in a haystack; one little frayed wire that was rendering the entire vehicle inoperable. My car and my wallet were saved! Not only did Eagle delivery exemplary service, but Randi kept me updated every step of the way and let me know there was no WAY they were not going to get this thing figured out. Peace of mind is priceless when it comes to finding a shop you can trust, and I now have my go-to in Eagle Automotive. Thanks guys!!

We couldn't be happier with Eagle Automotive - we've used them a number of times (and plan to continue using them) and every time their customer service and work on our vehicles was outstanding. This most recent time, I was without a ride while my car was in for a rather lengthy service and they didn't hesitate to find me a ride home...and pick me up when my car was done. We moved to the area about a year ago and are so happy to have found Eagle Automotive!

I was just in Eagle Automotive Littleton for an unscheduled repair. I was met with courtesy and understanding by Aaron who said they would get me in as soon as possible to evaluate my repair. In only a couple of hours the mechanic, Frank, fixed my problem. I spoke with Frank briefly and he to was very friendly and down to earth. Finally I was checked out by Chad who was also an approachable individual and a very efficient employee. Needless to say my experience was absolutely stellar. It can be very intimidating to take your car in for unknown repairs. The customer service at this shop is incredible! I brought my car in after being in an accident because my muffler was rattling. Aaron looked at it, explained the issue, and then took me out to show me the problem so I could see for myself. I really appreciated that he was honest with me and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I will definitely keep coming back!

I brought my 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer in for the first time by appointment this morning. I was overdue for an oil change and inspection. I knew some other servicing was needed, and I was able to leave the car. Brett was very helpful when he called with the inspection results. He listed the needed repairs in order of priority, and we talked through each of the items, from valve cover gasket to brake inspection, to determine the plan of action. When the brake inspection identified that additional repairs were needed, we talked through those as well. My car was ready on time this afternoon, and the price was exactly what I expected with some discounts included. It's taken a long time to find auto service that I trust and that takes the time to explain what might be needed or not, and who considers the best options for my needs. I'm going to be a regular customer with Eagle Automotive.

Again, Hannah and the folks at Davis continue to earn our business... they continue to be honest and friendly! I will continue to recommend this shop to everyone I know I wrote this last year: Best repair shop in Denver. Our family has been taking our cars to Davis Repair for the last 12 years and we've always had honest, quality work from the shop. Their mechanics know what they're doing and they're priced fair. I've recommended the shop to many friends and family members who are also pleased with their service. Recently, they performed the 100K service on our VW Touareg... they did a great job and have maintained this car since it was new.

I recommend Eagle to anyone and everyone in need of auto repair. I have been taking vehicles to Eagle since it was just one shop on Platte Canyon in Littleton. They have alwways been prompt, courteous, and most importantly; honest. I recently purchased a used BMW. I knew it would need some type of service and was thankful that I knew of a great shop to take it to. Eagle quickly diagnosed the issue, called me to explain and set up a service appointment. Here's the best part; upon closer inspection the original diagnosis was incorrect, and what actually needed to be fixed was about half the cost of the original diagnosis! Needless to say, I was thrilled. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles to Eagle Automotive Service as they have proven themselves to be an honest, trustworthy shop in a sea of dishonest and shoddy repair shops.
