As always, Andrew and the gang took great care of one of our high mileage beasts (350k+..) Prompted by the text / email reminder ...called late Friday, in and early Saturday ...doesn't get any better ....unless start doing house calls! :)

Good service. Good communication on what repairs needed to be done. One suggestion would be to communicate to the customer if you need to keep the car to finish the work the next day.

They had amazing customer service. They are so good about going over every detail of your car with their inspection. They tell you what needs immediate attention but also gives you a time frame for other services. They even called Checker auto on my car battery to see if it was still covered. I dont know many places that would do that for you. I was very happy with the service that was provided.

I have an S60 Volvo. I bought tires at a TIRE shop. Afterwards , I noticed they were rubbing on every turn. Took it back to where i bought tires,he said I needed struts and that is why. Took my car to three different places,even had Discount put different tires on,they rubbed also. Came to Ray,he DID the research necessary,at no charge ,to discover my Volvo NEEDS special tires.Thankfully ,I returned the wrong tires,without buying struts,and RAY put the CORRECT tires on the my car REQUIRES.

The oil change I got was fast and complete. If I wanted to use a different kind of oil they were completely willing to change it up. I will be back! Thanks again.
