Staff is friendly and attentive. Took my car in for noisy brakes, the tech found what I had expected that the pads and worn down and needed replacement. There was no pressure for additional unnecessary work after I left the car with them for the repair. They offered me a ride back to my office and they had the car washed and vacuumed when I picked it up, which was a nice little surprise. Honest and fair priced and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

They looked everything over thoroughly and didn't have me perform maintenance that wasn't necessary. The car was done on-time, and they are always very nice!

My husband got home from work last Friday and told me his car was making a funny noise. It was an hour until closing at Eagle Automotive, but we decided the noise was serious enough that we would take it right over. The guys at Eagle diagnosed the problem, pre-ordered the parts, and had it fixed by mid-day Monday. Incredible--for dropping in. I always say--I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Not good. Picked up my car last night ,the blinker handle is now broke off, no head lights or anything electrical, car stopped and will not start, will have to be towed back for you to make right!

I was quite pleased with the service i received from Eagle Auto when i went to do a front end alignment. They were friendly and thorough and were able to identify a few things on my vehicle that may cause problems for me in the future.I was very pleased that when they were done they performed a test drive to ensure that everything was up to task with their work before they returned my Car...These guys are top notch!

I appreciate the fact that Eagle deals honestly with their customers. I took my van in for an alignment but after their technicians took a look at it they determined that I did not need an alignment and that the steering problem I was expirencing was a defect with my tires. However I am not please with the fact that they didn't put my hub caps back on securely. I lost one between the shop and home which is only about 2 miles away.

I've been working with another auto repair shop for the past 3 years for my 2 SUVs. However, saw a marketing piece in my local mail and thought I would give them a shot.Not only is the staff friendly but... they diagnosed a steering problem and a electrical problem (the trickiest) that the other shop couldn't figure out.Give them a try, you will be happy you did.
