A+ repair facility. My vehicle only needed a burned out bulb replaced but they took care of it right away and for no charge. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Thank you Eagle, I will be back.

As per usual (sounds like a broken record...but the good kind :-)...) Eagle got us back on the road lickity split...Makes it difficult to justify a new car, When Eagle can keep us rolling for so little!

We took in our '94 Explorer which had several things that we wanted to be fixed. After checking it out they called us and gave a detailed estimate and we decided to approve the repairs. After a few days, we picked up the car and noticed that it wasn't quite right. Not knowing what their response would be, we called them up and they said to bring it right back in. I was unable to leave my car, so they happily provded me with a loaner. When I picked my car up the next day, they explained the additional work they did, and did not charge me for it. Wow! We were really impressed that it wasn't even a issue. Unlike so many times before with other auto repair chains, this was actually a good expirience. The car runs great, and they did what they said they were going to do. The people we dealth with were friendly, and professional, and the mechanics seemed to take their time and go over every concern we had. It's never fun to spend money on repairing a car because you just don't know what you're getting - trust is a big issue. But we have to say that they were trustworthy and professional and we would use them again and recommened them to friends and family.

I had both tie rods replaced on my 2005 Ford Escape by Eagle Automotive (Kipling) recently. After driving the car for about a week following the replacement, I noticed an unusual amount of noise coming from the front end. I called Eagle regarding the issue, and they took my car back in that same morning and resolved the problem immediately - Apparently, the replacement tie rods had not been grease-packed by the manufacturer, which Eagle correctly identified and addressed. This level of service is just another reason of why I am a loyal customer of Eagle Automotive, and trust all of my maintenance to Brian and his crew!

I had heard great things about Eagle before i came in. Brought my fiance`s car in after an accident. They were patient to wait for insurance adjsuters and all of that. When they finally were allowed to fix it, they gave us part options and were done in under a day. Had a great positive experience, and would come back in a heartbeat.
