tl;dr: timed appointments for oil changes don't matter. It will take all day, and you need to let them know ahead of time if you need your car in less than 7 hours. I've had a really good experience with this place in the past. I have trusted them to do a lot of larger maintenance and repairs to my 2012 Rav-4. I was excited to be able to support a smaller business that was close by. But my experience trying to get my oil changed today has lost them my business. I made an appointment on Monday for 8am today and dropped it off by 7:50, and as of 1:30 had heard no news. I called to check on my car and was told that they had one or two more cars ahead of me. I told them that I needed it back by 3. They asked me if I had told them when I dropped it off that I needed it back then, I said no because they didn't ask and I didn't realize it would take so long, and they told me they would see what they could do. By 2:15, I still hadn't heard gotten the inspection report that they normally send so walked over to check. They hadn't touched it and told me it was "next". Bright side, I have my car back in time, down side is they had my car nearly all day and didn't complete the oil change. When I asked if it was normal for 7 hours for an oil change, the man I spoke to informed me that they were an engine shop that happened to do oil changes and this was the way it had been for three and a half years so I should have known. I get my oil changed at a number of different places and do not keep track of how a particular place does it, and I was neither informed nor asked when I made the appointment or dropped my car off. Just given a price estimate to sign. Evidently I was wrong to assume that a timed appointment would mean service within several hours and that I wouldn't need to inform them that I needed my car back before the end of the day for their typical inspection and a simple service. Earlier communication and transparency on the lack of value for appointments on their part would have gone a long way. I'll be going elsewhere for services in the future.

I highly recommend EAS tires and auto they were quick efficient very friendly and it’s super cool that they show you pictures of everything that you need to get done on your ride. I will be recommending friends and family here.

Corey and Juan provided outstanding customer service when I bought two new tires at EAS. They even provided a very detailed inspection report highlighting issues that may well extend the life and performance of my 2006 Honda. The report was in hard page pictures as well as digital text. Best service I have ever received in Colorado Springs!
