I went in for a simple oil change on my Mercedes. After having my car for a handful of hours the shop called and let me know of the major damage on my right and left struts. They advised that this would be upwards of $3,600 and that the car could see more damage if driven in its current condition(tried to get me to rent a loaner car). They said the following day they’d have the right parts in and everything would be repaired that same day. That next day they didn’t even have the parts delivered, so I took the car to a Mercedes shop in Parker ran by a family friend and there was NO DAMAGE! Car was completely fine, no strut damage. So either this shop is ran by incompetence and ignorance, or thieves and liars. Either way I won’t be returning or recommending this place to ANYONE !
