Told me it'd be a week before it could get started but they had a chance to check my vehicle early and cranked out all the repairs before the first half of the week even passed. Work was great and they were clear and communicative the whole time. Definitely recommend.

I think that $600.00 is a bit much to be told I was out of gas. The cleaning of the intake is exactly what I did. I was led to believe the throttle body was going to be removed and cleaned, with pictures of the throttle body from the intake side. Better customer interaction would be appreciated.

They did get me in the same day and the person at the front counter was nice, but it was all downhill from there. Their estimate to fix a radiator on my son’s Subaru was 3X’s what the other auto shops gave. They wanted $1,500 for a simple radiator fix and then tried to upsell more services. To top it all off, the representative who provided the estimate wouldn’t take no for an answer and insisted on being right despite the fact that I declined service. It was a terrible experience to say the least.

These people know what they’re doing. I had taken my Dodge Journey to get checked over a very loud ticking noise coming from the engine and they were able to tell me pretty quickly what was wrong with it. Another shop had taken a look at it and told me that nothing was wrong, “the sound is normal” they said. After EAS did some lifter and rocker arm work my baby has been driving and sounding perfect, and I thank them for it.
